MCOHA - Low Income Home Energy Assistance (LIHEAP) & Weatherization Program want Morris County residents to know there is help available for those who may have trouble paying their heating bills. This is a federal program designed to assist those in need. The program starts November 1^st through April 30^th. Energy assistance is given to seniors, individuals and families whom meet eligibility requirements. Applications are evaluated by household size, monthly gross income, heating bills and other documents.
